Dynamic styles

DoksJS allows you to dynamically style your components. This means that you can change the styles of your components based on the state of your application.

DoksJS allows you to dynamically style your components. This means that you can change the styles of your components based on the state of your application.

To dynamically style a DoksJS component, you need to use the style prop. The style prop is an object that can be used to set the CSS properties of the component. You can also use the style prop to set the CSS properties of the component based on the state of your application.

For example, the following code dynamically styles a button based on the state of the component:

import React, { Component } from 'react';

class Button extends Component {
  constructor(props) {
    super(props);

    this.state = {
      isPressed: false,
    };
  }

  handleClick() {
    this.setState({
      isPressed: true,
    });
  }

  render() {
    return (
      <button
        style={{
          background: this.state.isPressed ? 'red' : 'blue',
          color: this.state.isPressed ? 'white' : 'black',
        }}
        onClick={this.handleClick}
      >
        Click me!
      </button>
    );
  }
}

export default Button;

This code sets the background color of the button to red when the isPressed state variable is true and blue when the isPressed state variable is false.

You can also use the useState() hook to dynamically style your components. The useState() hook returns an array with two values: the current value of the state and a function that can be used to update the state.

For example, the following code dynamically styles a button using the useState() hook:

import React, { useState } from 'react';

const Button = () => {
  const [isPressed, setIsPressed] = useState(false);

  const handleClick = () => {
    setIsPressed(!isPressed);
  };

  return (
    <button
      style={{
        background: isPressed ? 'red' : 'blue',
        color: isPressed ? 'white' : 'black',
      }}
      onClick={handleClick}
    >
      Click me!
    </button>
  );
};

export default Button;

This code uses the useState() hook to manage the state of the isPressed variable. The handleClick() method is called when the button is clicked and it updates the isPressed state variable. The render() method renders the button and sets the background color of the button based on the value of the isPressed state variable.
